Shipping Policy

Introduction

At the Light Savers Storefront (www.lightsavers.co.za), we excel to deliver our customer’s orders quickly, cost effectively and as safely as possible at all times.

Delivery Options / Shipping Methods

Light Savers currently provides both a Door to Door (Delivered vai Registered Courier to your front door in 1-2 working days) and a Counter to Counter option (using the South African Post Office delivered to your nearest post office counter in 5-7 working days).  Read more about Light Saver's Delivery Options?

Light Savers will not accept responsibility for orders shipped that are delayed at their respective depots for any reason. Items are also dispatched in the appropriate shipping packaging to prevent any damage in transit.

Cancellation

You cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. Should you attempt to cancel an order the charges will remain enforced.

Delivery Times

Our delivery times depend on the clearance and receipt of your payment - so to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible, please read Light Saver's Payment Options.

If you have a query with your order once it has been delivered or you have an item missing, you need to contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Thereafter, we regrettably do not entertain any queries for missing items after seven (7) days.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates include shipping charges only. All shipping charges are estimated based on the total volumetric weight (product mass and dimensions) of your total order and your entered delivery address / shipping location.

All of our shipping fees are fixed and not estimated and when actual shipping charges vary, Light Savers will carry the overhead. 

Shipping to addresses outside South Africa

Currently, Light Savers delivers to addresses ONLY within the Republic of South Africa. Should you have a special international shipping requirement, please fill in our Wholesale Quote online now and we'll make a plan to get your LED Lighting products to you.

Exclusions

We regrettably do not provide collection options from our place of operation, nor do we accept responsibility for an incorrectly provided shipping address entered by customers on their paid order.
We cannot guarantee nor have any power over delivery dates.
